About Me

My Story

I’ve been a hopeless romantic for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I believed the greatest thing in the world was love. There is nothing else in life that comes close, love is what gives meaning to everything.

But my own path with love hasn’t been simple.

I’ve known heartbreak. I’ve been through divorce. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety. There were times I felt lost, unseen, and disconnected, wondering if real love was even possible for me.

For years I searched outside of myself, hoping someone else would “fix it” or make me feel whole. Instead, I repeated patterns that left me feeling emptier. I know the pain of lying awake at night wondering why things feel so hard, and why connection feels just out of reach.

At my lowest, I realised something had to change. I couldn’t keep repeating the same cycles. That moment became the turning point, not an instant fix, but the beginning of a journey back to myself.

I committed to understanding love at a deeper level. I studied, I trained, and I worked on myself. Slowly, I began to build self-awareness, to find my voice, and to learn what true connection requires.

Through that process, something incredible happened: I came out the other side. I found healing. I found confidence. And eventually, I found the love of my life, a relationship built on trust, openness, and connection.

That’s why I do this work.

Because I know how it feels to struggle. I know how it feels to question yourself, to feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, or to sit in a relationship that feels more painful than joyful. And I also know the hope, relief, and joy that come when you finally break free and create something better.

As an Accredited Transformational Coach, I bring both professional training and personal lived experience to my work. I don’t just offer theory, I offer tools, perspective, and compassion that come from walking the path myself.

Today, I help singles attract love that truly lasts, and individuals in relationships reconnect with themselves and their partners. My coaching is gentle, supportive, and practical, but also deeply honest. Sometimes the truth is uncomfortable, but it’s always freeing.

“You are not broken. Love is possible. And connection can be rebuilt.”
